WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check in – from 2pm – 11pm / Check out – before 10am

CAN I REQUEST AN EARLY OR LATE CHECK-OUT/CHECK-IN TIME?

Yes, early check-in and late check-out can be requested, these are subject to availability and a fee of £10 per room. Late check-in and early-check out MUST be previously arranged with the hotel directly.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the non-refundable deposit will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Yes, direct bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. When booking through a booking agent, deposits vary and are charged in accordance with the terms and conditions on the agent’s website.

 

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

 

Yes, you need a credit or debit card to make a reservation. 

WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED IF I FORGET TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

If you forget to cancel your reservation, your booking will be treated as a ‘no show’ and your card will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

HOW DO I MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR A LARGE GROUP?

For large groups we recommend you contact Reservations directly on +44 (0)845 055 55 55. Please be aware that certain conditions can apply to group booking and policies vary by hotel.

HOW DO I CHANGE/AMEND MY BOOKING?

You can amend your booking online or you can ring Reservations directly on +44 (0)845 055 55 55.

HOW CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR MY STAY?

DO YOU HAVE CAR PARKING FACILITIES?

Yes all Metro Inns have free car parking facilities for customers staying in the Metro Inns. Places however can be limited so please confirm with the hotel before arrival.

DO YOU HAVE A BIKE STORE?

Yes, bikes can be accommodated

DO YOU PROVIDE COTS?

Please contact hotel prior to arrival.

DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS ROOMS?

Yes, we have disabled access rooms in all our hotels, these are are subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking.

DO YOU HAVE RESTAURANT FACILITIES?

Our hotels are all located in close proximity to many restaurants.

DO YOU HAVE TRAVEL ADAPTERS?

Metro Falkirk & Metro Teesside have a number of travel adapters on site. Please request at reception.

DO YOU HAVE HAIRDRYERS IN THE ROOM?

All Metro inns have hairdryers except Metro Newcastle, please request at reception.

DO YOU HAVE AN IRON AND IRONING BOARD?

Yes, these are available on request from reception.

DO YOU HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?

No, we do not provide laundry services.

DO YOU HAVE FREEVIEW CHANNELS?

Yes we have Freeview channels and radio available on the T.V’s.

DO YOU HAVE SHORT TERM LUGGAGE STORAGE?

Each hotel has limited luggage storage – please ask at Reception.

IS THERE A CURFEW?

No, there is no curfew once you have checked in.

IS THERE 24 HOUR RECEPTION?

Yes, there is a receptionist on duty all day and there are night porters on duty from 11pm – 7am.
